Kate Drummond - Artistic Director, Founder
She/Her Kate Drummond is a Seattle-based director, producer, intimacy professional, and teaching artist. She is the co-Artistic Director and co-founder of Dacha Theatre. Kate makes work that makes us better people, putting the messy contradictions of our lives onstage to interrogate who we are and dream about who we could become. Kate has taught and directed with Seattle Rep’s Public Works program, the 5th Avenue’s Rising Star Project, and the University of Washington. She is an alumna of the SDCF Observership Program, a founding member of the PNW Theatrical Intimacy Collective, and an associate member of SDC; she is the recipient of the Herbert E. Mike Lion - Artistic Director, Founder
He/Him Mike is a director, actor, and Russian translator. He concentrated in Theatre at Hampshire College and created an immersive adaptation of Hamlet as his thesis. He frequently directs in non-traditional spaces, working to blur the line between audiences and performers. Mike is drawn to physical theatre and has trained in Commedia dell’Arte, American Melodrama, Suzuki Movement, Slapstick, and Clown. He works as an Admin Assistant and Improv Coach at Youth Theatre Northwest. |

Emily Huntingford - Director of Development, she/her
Emily has been working with Dacha in various capacities since 2017. She received a BA in Theatre from Whitman College and has been in Seattle for performing throughout the city ever since. A lover of classical theatre, she has memorized the entirety of Hamlet, As You Like It, Pride and Prejudice, Romeo and Juliet, Twelfth Night, and A Midsummer Night's Dream and has acted with Fern Shakespeare Company, GreenStage, Washington Ensemble Theatre, Taproot, UMO Ensemble, and as a guest artist with the PATP Grad program at the UW. She loves throwing a good party and helping every Dacha fan and donor feel like a true part of our community. |
Orianna O'Neill - Director of Audience Services, she/her
Ori has been producing with Dacha since 2019. From Portland, OR and an alumna of Beloit College, Ori has previously been a company member with Dacha, and has stage managed or acted in 8 productions over the last three years. Ori is frequently heard as a vocal performer with Viva Vocalists, Saint Marks Cathedral Choir, and The Esoterics, where she is a Board Member. In her daytime life, Ori is the elementary music and performing arts specialist at Giddens School, and is frequently heard bothering her coworkers by playing the recorder. |

Nate Olson — Director of Finance & Administration, he/him
Nate is a Stage Manager, happy to be back in his hometown of Seattle after several years in New York. He has previously stage managed for NYU's Law Revue and several productions while a student at Whitman College. He loves singing and watching the magic of theater come together during the production process. During his daytime hours, Nate is an attorney and spends his free time reading or playing tabletop games. |
Daisy Schreiber - Co-Production Director, she/her
Daisy is an actor, writer, administrator, stage manager, eldest daughter, and always happy to help out. Currently a student at the University of Washington, and a lifelong Seattleite, she is profoundly grateful to call the PNW home. Daisy cares deeply about honest stories that unearth unexpected commonalities, attempts to approach her artistry with tremendous love and gratitude for those around her, and admits that she's a sucker for a happy ending. She thinks often of the ways bodies construct meaning onstage, and aims to tell stories that soften the barbs we turn on ourselves. Outside of rehearsal Daisy works at a small cookie bakery, video-chats with her cats, and always wants a hug. |

Sean Hendrickson - Co Production Director, he/him
Sean Hendrickson is a performer, dramaturg, director, arts administrator, and game master transplanted to Seattle from Chicago in 2021. He holds a BFA in Theatre Performance from the University of Idaho and studied with the Moscow Art Theatre School's Studio 6 Intensive. Sean is drawn to playful work that centers the audience as participants in the creation of their own story -and similarly, he is passionate about how games can lead to surprise and delight in generating new stories. Sean is also an ensemble member Washington Ensemble Theatre (WET) and with International Spice, Nanjing. |
