ORPHEUS & EURIDICE: A SONG CYCLE

Originally conceived as a touring show, this filmed song cycle invites an audience to travel with Orpheus through the Underworld and around Seattle in a new exciting way.
The varied locations showcase how context affects an audience, although no longer set in a dive bar, a church, or a park.
Between the self-tapes from the dancers and the live-recorded audio from a trio of musicians, audiences are able to experience the intricate movements, melodies, and rhythms from the comfort of their own homes.
