THE DACHA FUND: HELP US KEEP GOING
Dacha is a company largely made up of working artists, educators, and service industry workers, many of whom have been laid off or had their hours severely cut by the outbreak. In order to provide immediate support, we have decided to take $2,000 from the Dacha bank account and distribute it among those company members most affected by the situation. This is a significant sum for a theatre of our size — it was 1/3 of the budget for our latest production of The Moors. However, Dacha would not exist without the passion, hard work, and love of our company, and we want to be there for them in their time of need.

Making this direct contribution to the artists in our company and postponing our gala and Dust are major financial hurdles for us, and we need your support. If you are able to do so, help us to raise the funds we need for the remainder of our season, and to help us continue working towards our goal of raising stipends for the artists who work with us.
Our spring fundraising goal is $6,000. $6,000 is one half of what Dacha will be paying for (F)unfair. We will raise part of this money at our fundraising gala, now rescheduled to June.
Our goal is to raise $3,000 online before (F)unfair rehearsals start June 1st.
Help us make sure we are prepared to fund what will be our largest scale show yet, as we partner with Boston-based Playable Theatre Project to produce a devised, immersive carnival!
